A plurality of pre-stressed anchor cables are pulled out at a time, the pre-stressed anchor cables are pulled out in a segmented mode through the cutting grooves and the pulling-out grooves, the anchor cables are removed thoroughly, the construction speed is high, the efficiency is high, and compared with full-rotation obstacle removing construction, the construction cost is low. And on the other hand, the cutting grooves and the pulling grooves are used for cutting and pulling out the pre-stressed anchor cable segments in the early stage, cement paste is adopted for reinforcing the foundation in the later stage, and the safety of shield tunneling construction is improved. The problems that according to some existing anchor cable removing methods, anchor cables are prone to being pulled up and broken, and removing is not thorough are solved.
本发明公开了一种预应力锚索清除方法,施工风险小,安全度高;一次性拔除多根预应力锚索,且将预应力锚索通过切割槽和拔除槽进行分段拔出施工,锚索清除彻底,施工速度快、效率高,相较于全回转清障施工,施工成本低。另一方面,切割槽和拔除槽前期用于切割和拔除预应力锚索分段,后期采用水泥浆加固地基,提高了盾构掘进施工的安全性。本发明解决了现有的一些锚索清除方法存在易拔断锚索,清楚不彻底的问题。
