The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit supporting engineering, and discloses a construction method of a recoverable assembly type inner supporting system, which comprises the following steps: S100, pre-burying a plurality of connecting components on a supporting platform; s200, a plurality of base plates are laid on the supporting platform; s300, a base plate is laid above the supporting structure as well; the base plate is detachably installed on the multiple connecting components through the multiple locking pieces; the supporting piles bear or distribute loads from a supporting structure through a supporting platform formed by pouring concrete, the supporting platform clamps the supporting structure through a plurality of base plates, and then the supporting structure is fixed and positioned through cooperation of connecting components and locking pieces, so that the supporting piles can be mutually balanced through the supporting structure when bearing foundation pit soil pressure, and the foundation pit soil pressure is prevented from being damaged. The stabilizing effect of the supporting piles is improved; according to the supporting structure, the connecting component is detachably connected with the locking piece, so that the supporting structure can be quickly mounted or dismounted for recycling; the problem that an inner supporting structure cannot be reused during construction is solved.
