The invention discloses an irrigation ditch sludge cleaning mechanism which comprises two sets of symmetrically arranged side plates, a loading box is installed on the rear sides of the two sets of side plates, a driving shaft and a blockage cleaning assembly are sequentially arranged between the inner walls of the two sets of side plates from front to back, a sludge dewatering assembly is arranged in the loading box, and the rear side of the loading box communicates with a sludge bearing box. The driving shaft is rotationally arranged between the inner walls of the two sets of side plates, and the side wall of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of sets of tool bits used for cutting and ditching the ground; the blockage clearing assembly is arranged on the rear side of the tool bit, the blockage clearing assembly dispersedly transports sludge generated after ditching into the sludge dewatering assembly for solid-liquid separation, the sludge bearing box is used for storing the dewatered sludge, and a sewage pump is communicated with the interior of the sludge bearing box and used for discharging the sludge outwards.
