Flow mixer
The invention discloses a flow mixer which comprises a drainage vertical pipe, a transverse branch pipe assembly and a partition plate. The middle of the drainage stand pipe is bent towards one side to form a bent pipe and comprises an upper straight pipe and a lower straight pipe which are communicated with the bent pipe. The transverse branch pipe assembly is communicated with the drainage stand pipe from the opposite bent side of the drainage stand pipe; the partition plate is arranged in the drainage stand pipe and right faces the communicating position of the transverse branch pipe assembly and the drainage stand pipe. A flow guide wall is arranged on the side, facing the transverse branch pipe assembly, of the partition plate and enables drained water of the transverse branch pipe assembly to deviate towards the opposite side of the bent pipe. The flow guide wall is arranged on the partition plate, a nappe of the transverse branch pipe assembly flows downwards along the flow guide wall after flowing to the partition plate, deviates towards the opposite side of the bent pipe at the tail end of the flow guide wall, and continues to be attached to the side wall of the lower straight pipe to form wall-attached flow after being converged with jet flow of the bent pipe, so that a gas path is smooth when the flow mixer drains water; the air pressure in the pipe is close to the atmospheric pressure, the air pressure fluctuation amplitude in the flow mixer is reduced, and the water seal of the transverse branch pipe assembly is prevented from losing efficacy due to overlarge air pressure fluctuation.
本发明公开一种混流器，包括排水立管、横支管组件和隔板；排水立管中部向一侧弯折形成弯折管，并包括与弯折管连通的上下直管；横支管组件从排水立管弯折的相对侧与排水立管连通；隔板设在排水立管内，且正对横支管组件与排水立管的连通处；隔板面向横支管组件一侧设有导流壁，导流壁使横支管组件的排水向弯折管的相对侧偏移。本发明通过在隔板上设置导流壁，横支管组件的水舌流向隔板后将沿着导流壁向下流动，并在导流壁的末端向弯折管的相对侧偏移，与弯折管的射流汇流后继续贴着下直管的侧壁形成附壁流，使得混流器排水时气路通畅，管内气压接近大气压，降低混流器内气压波动幅度，避免横支管组件的水封因气压波动过大而导致失效。
