After drainage is completed, the inflatable telescopic part continues to extend to the preset position, the opening and closing mechanism enables the exhaust section of the self-pressure-relief part to penetrate out of the communicating hole, the pressure relief groove is made to communicate with an inner cavity of the inflatable telescopic part, the inflatable telescopic part is made to be deflated and shrunk, and therefore the drainage valve can be gradually reset, drainage is stopped, and automatic pressure relief is achieved. The air leakage groove is formed in the exhaust section, so that sliding of the exhaust section and the communicating hole is smoother, air leakage is more stable, air leakage faults are reduced, the air leakage efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
