The invention discloses a clockwise and anticlockwise combined construction method for a large-span roof building in a narrow site, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a main body structure, reserving a channel for hoisting construction by a crane during construction, and erecting a steel structure splicing site on a constructed main body structure roof after the main body structure constructs a truss column foundation and reaches the design strength thickness; according to the construction method, the steel structure trusses are assembled, after the steel structure trusses are assembled, crane supporting is conducted through the reserved channel, then the steel structure trusses are hoisted, the sequence and space of building construction are effectively utilized, and the construction efficiency and the space utilization rate are improved; and the main body structure is constructed in two stages, the non-solid frame material used by the first construction main body structure can be repeatedly used in the later construction main body structure construction, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种狭小场地内大跨度屋面建筑的顺逆结合施工方法,先进行主体结构的施工,在施工时预留吊车进行吊装施工的通道,待主体结构施工桁架柱基础并达到设计强度厚,在已施工完成的主体结构屋面上搭设钢结构拼接场地,并进行钢结构桁架的拼装,并且在钢结构桁架拼装完成后,利用预留通道进行吊车支设,然后进行钢结构桁架的吊装,有效利用了建筑施工的先后顺序及空间,提升施工效率及空间利用率;并且主体结构分为两个阶段进行施工,先施工主体结构使用的非实体架料可以在后施工主体结构施工中重复周转使用,降低施工成本。
