The plurality of transverse protection ropes transversely penetrate through the upper parts of the protection rods, and the positions of the transverse protection ropes are higher than the top of the high-voltage line; the reinforcing ropes are obliquely arranged on the two sides of the protection rod, one ends of the reinforcing ropes are connected with the upper portion of the protection rod, and the other ends of the reinforcing ropes are connected with the ground. The problems that in the prior art, an original protection device is long in construction period and difficult to mount and dismount, and the protection quality and safety are difficult to guarantee can be solved.
