The invention discloses an aviation ladder assembly with a lifting structure, which comprises a mounting base, a lifting platform mechanism comprises a rotating mechanism embedded in the mounting base, the rotating mechanism is rotatably connected with a threaded rotating column, the threaded rotating column is slidably connected with a threaded sleeve, and the other end of the threaded sleeve is connected with a top plate. A supporting plate is fixedly installed in the middle of the threaded sleeve, lifting rods are symmetrically installed on the supporting plate, and the lifting rods penetrate through the top plate and are detachably provided with a working platform. The lifting platform mechanism and a worker go onto the working platform through the ladder mechanism, and then a rotating motor drives a rotating shaft to rotate, so that a driving gear drives a driven gear to rotate, a threaded rotating column rotates, and then a threaded sleeve is arranged on the threaded rotating column to slide upwards; and therefore, the supporting plate drives the lifting rod to enable the working platform to ascend and descend upwards, and maintenance and repair are conducted according to different heights of the airplane.
