The placing ring is connected with the antenna assembly through a placing frame, an annular groove is formed in the upper end face of the connecting ring, an arc-shaped plate is arranged in the annular groove through a first limiting mechanism, the arc-shaped plate is connected with the hanging ladder through two connecting rods, and a fixing ring is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the base. According to the hanging ladder, by arranging the connecting frame, the cross rod, the T-shaped inserting rod, the dragging spring, the supporting rod and the like, a standing space can be provided for an operator by means of the connecting frame and the cross frame assembly of which the height relative to the hanging ladder can be conveniently adjusted, so that the antenna assembly can be more conveniently overhauled, maintained or replaced and the like.
