The ardealite hydraulic cementing material provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials: modified ardealite particles and auxiliary active powder, and the doping amount of the modified ardealite particles is 50-95 wt%; the modified ardealite particles are obtained by modifying undisturbed ardealite particles with a calcareous material, and the mass of the calcareous material is 3-5% of that of the undisturbed ardealite particles; wherein the typical sizes of the undisturbed phosphogypsum particles are as follows: the length is 50-200 microns, and the length-diameter ratio is 1.5-5; the granularity of at least 80% of materials in the auxiliary active powder is less than or equal to 60 microns. The phosphogypsum hydraulic cementing material provided by the invention adopts a discontinuous grading particle accumulation mode, the doping amount of the modified phosphogypsum particles can reach 95 wt% at most, and a hydraulic structure can be formed after a hydration reaction, so that the phosphogypsum hydraulic cementing material can be applied to various occasions.
