High-strength grouting material co-doped with superfine fly ash alkali-activated geopolymer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength grouting material co-doped with a superfine fly ash alkali-activated geopolymer and a preparation method of the high-strength grouting material. The high-strength grouting material is prepared from 210 to 230 parts of cement, 60 to 80 parts of superfine fly ash, 90 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 130 to 140 parts of water, 740 to 750 parts of quartz sand and 5 to 6 parts of an additive, the additive comprises an alkali activator and a water reducing agent, and the alkali activator additive is a sodium hydroxide alkaline additive; the preparation method of the high-strength grouting material comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing the raw material components in parts by weight, and hanging slurry in a horizontal stirrer; step 2, adding the weighed cement, superfine fly ash, mineral powder and quartz sand into a stirrer, and carrying out dry mixing for 2-4 minutes; and step 3, uniformly mixing the dry materials, pouring the water reducing agent and the mixing water, and continuously stirring for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is in a flow state, thereby obtaining the high-strength grouting material slurry. The high-strength grouting material has the advantages of simple preparation process, low labor cost, low carbon and environmental protection in production, and can greatly improve the utilization efficiency of solid waste resources when being applied to the high-strength grouting material.
