The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant composite material and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that raw materials containing silicon carbide powder, carbon powder, silicon powder and an adhesive are mixed with a solvent to prepare mixed slurry, then the surface of a carbon fiber fabric is covered with the mixed slurry, and a green body is obtained after drying; and putting the green body into silicon powder to carry out degumming treatment, and then carrying out sintering treatment. The composite material prepared through the method is light in specific gravity, high in strength, good in toughness and resistant to high temperature, and the preparation method is simple, easy to operate, low in cost and suitable for preparation of the large-size high-temperature-resistant composite material.
本发明公开了一种耐高温复合材料及其制备方法和应用,该制备方法包括将含碳化硅粉、碳粉、硅粉和胶粘剂的原料与溶剂混合配成混合浆料,而后覆设于碳纤维织物的表面,干燥制得坯体;将坯体置于硅粉中进行脱胶处理,而后进行烧结处理。通过以上方法所制得的复合材料比重轻、强度高、韧性好、耐高温,且该制备方法简单,易于操作,成本交底,可适用于大尺寸耐高温复合材料的制备。
