The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic tube shell, which comprises the following steps of: a raw ceramic printing link: printing a metalized bonding pad on the upper surface of the end of a raw ceramic piece, and metalizing the side surface of the end; printing precision lines are arranged on the upper surface of the formed metalized bonding pad and used as a reference of the subsequent polishing amount, and the printing precision lines are arranged close to the end of the end; covering ceramic slurry between the printing precision lines and the side surfaces of the end heads, and covering the metalized bonding pads close to the end parts of the end heads through the ceramic slurry; after the raw ceramic is sintered, the cooked ceramic is welded with metal, and electroplating is directly carried out; and after electroplating, polishing off the metalized layer on the side surface of the ceramic slurry end to complete the preparation of the ceramic tube shell. According to the method, gold rolling burrs caused by grinding the electroplating connecting line can be avoided, and the product quality is improved.
