The invention relates to a preventive anti-cracking construction method for a cement stabilized macadam base of an asphalt pavement. The cement stabilized macadam base cured in a construction period is subjected to the working procedures of through-type transverse joint pre-cutting, elastic grouting material filling, self-adhesive polyester glass fabric laying, rubber asphalt synchronous macadam sealing layer spreading and the like. By improving the structure and the construction method of cement stabilized macadam in the construction period, internal stress of materials is released in advance, an elastic telescopic space is provided for a water stabilized macadam base structure, stress strain transmitted by the water stabilized macadam from bottom to top is absorbed, the crack resistance of a cement stabilized macadam base is greatly improved, and preventive crack resistance of a semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is achieved; and meanwhile, technical support is provided for the anti-cracking design of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, and good economical efficiency and operability are achieved.
本发明涉及一种沥青路面水泥稳定碎石基层预防性抗裂工法,对建设期养护后的水泥稳定碎石基层进行贯穿式预切横缝、弹性灌浆材料填充、自粘式聚酯玻纤布布设、橡胶沥青同步碎石封层撒布等工序。通过改进建设期水泥稳定碎石的结构和工法,提前释放材料内部应力,为水稳碎石基层结构提供弹性伸缩空间,吸收水稳碎石自下而上传递的应力应变,大幅提升水泥稳定碎石基层的抗裂能力,实现半刚性基层沥青路面的预防性抗裂,同时为半刚性基层沥青路面的抗裂防裂设计提供技术支撑,有良好的经济性和可操作性。
