The invention relates to a technical scheme and a facility for quickly blocking a crevasse. According to the technical scheme, a polyhedral frame which is lighter than a polyhedral solid with the same size and smaller in surface area is rapidly stacked at a breach to construct a piled body, and the flow rate of water flow passing through the piled body is reduced and the flow speed is gradually decreased. The floating waterproof cloth device flows down to be attached to the position B on one side of the upstream face of the piled body after being manually put in the position A on the upstream of the breach, and then the effect of blocking flowing water can be achieved. If one layer of floating waterproof cloth device cannot achieve the expected flowing water blocking effect, multiple layers of floating waterproof cloth devices can be stacked for use. When the breach is wide, the breach can be segmented in the breach width direction until the breach is closed, and after the breach is closed, the piled body can be filled with gravel for reinforcement according to needs.
