The invention discloses a function-recoverable fabricated RC beam-plate-column connecting joint which comprises a prefabricated RC column connecting assembly, a prefabricated RC beam connecting assembly, a replaceable energy dissipation assembly, a prefabricated RC laminated plate, a prefabricated replaceable cover plate and an ECC concrete floor slab surface layer. The prefabricated RC column connecting assemblies and the prefabricated RC beam connecting assemblies are hinged, and assembly connection is completed through the replaceable energy dissipation assemblies. The prefabricated RC laminated plate and the prefabricated replaceable cover plate are arranged on the prefabricated RC beam connecting assembly on the periphery of the prefabricated RC column connecting assembly and are seamlessly spliced, and the high-ductility ECC concrete is poured on the prefabricated replaceable cover plate and the prefabricated RC laminated plate, so that an ECC concrete floor slab surface layer is formed, and RC beam-plate-column assembly connection is completed.
