The roof exhaust system comprises an exhaust pipe I, an exhaust pipe II and a protection device, and the exhaust pipe I is embedded in a roof panel and extends to the root of a parapet wall; the exhaust pipe II is pre-buried in the parapet wall, the air inlet end of the exhaust pipe II is communicated with the exhaust pipe I, and the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe II is arranged on the side wall of the parapet wall; the protection device is arranged on the side wall of the parapet wall and is correspondingly matched with the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe II; the roof exhaust pipe II is buried in the parapet wall in a hidden mode instead of being installed in an exposed mode, damage is avoided, the waterproof leakage risk of the root of the exhaust pipe is reduced, and the conflict problem with installation of other roof equipment is solved.
