The invention relates to a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based fabricated C-shaped stockyard construction method, which comprises the following steps of: a, dividing an unloading platform at the upper part of a stockyard into a plurality of concrete beam slab modules by utilizing a BIM technology; and b, constructing a reinforced concrete retaining wall structure at the lower part of the stock yard. And c, when the reinforced concrete retaining wall is constructed, supporting plates are prefabricated outside the site according to the concrete beam plate modules divided in the step a. And d, construction of a vertical column and main beam assembly of the discharging platform is carried out. And e, secondary beams are installed between every two adjacent main beams. And f, mounting a supporting plate on the secondary beam. And g, reinforcing steel bars are bound on the supporting plates, embedded parts are installed on the supporting plates, and pouring construction of concrete beam plate modules is conducted after side formworks are erected. And h, after construction of the discharging platform is completed, the reinforced concrete structure of the ground bottom plate is constructed. Construction of the discharging platform can be carried out without adopting a scaffold, high-altitude operation is reduced, an upper structure and a lower structure can be constructed in parallel, the cost is greatly reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及一种基于BIM的装配式C型料场施工方法,包括:a.利用BIM技术,将料场上部的卸料平台分割成多个混凝土梁板模块。b.进行料场下部钢筋混凝土挡墙结构的施工。c.在进行钢筋混凝土挡墙施工的同时,在场地外根据步骤a中分割的混凝土梁板模块进行支撑板的预制加工。d.进行卸料平台的立柱与主梁组合体的施工。e.在相邻的两个主梁之间安装次梁。f.在次梁上安装支撑板。g.在支撑板上绑扎钢筋并安装预埋件,支设边模后进行混凝土梁板模块的浇筑施工。h.卸料平台施工完毕后,对地面底板钢筋混凝土结构进行施工。本发明不需要采用脚手架便可进行卸料平台的施工,减少高空作业,上部结构和下部结构可以平行施工,大幅降低成本并缩短施工工期。
