The invention relates to the technical field of electric heating, and discloses an electric heating device for a high-temperature phase change heat storage system.The electric heating device comprises the following steps that S1, ceramic raw materials and various additives are prepared into a ceramic blank according to a certain proportion; s2, a ceramic tube green body and fins are prepared through slip casting or extrusion molding; s3, the ceramic tubes and the fins are bonded together in a green body state; s4, sintering the combined heat exchange tube green body at high temperature to obtain a ceramic tube; and S5, putting the electric heating rod into the ceramic sleeve. The heating device manufactured through the method is provided with the ceramic shell, the heating rod and the heat transfer medium, due to protection of the ceramic shell, the heating rod does not make direct contact with molten salt, corrosion of the heating rod is avoided, meanwhile, one or more sets of heat exchange fins are arranged on the ceramic shell, the heat exchange contact area is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved; the heat exchange tube manufactured through the method has the advantages of being high in heat exchange efficiency, high in mechanical strength, good in corrosion resistance, long in service life and the like.
本发明涉及电加热技术领域,且公开了一种用于高温相变蓄热系统的电加热装置,包括以下步骤:S1、将陶瓷原料和各种添加剂按照一定的配比配置成陶瓷坯料;S2、采用注浆成型或者挤出成型制备出陶瓷管生坯和翅片;S3、将陶瓷管和翅片在生坯的状态下粘结在一起;S4、将组合好的换热管生坯高温烧结得到陶瓷管;S5、将电加热棒放入陶瓷套管内。本发明利用上述方法制成的加热装置具有陶瓷外壳、加热棒以及传热介质,由于有陶瓷外壳的保护,加热棒不与熔盐直接接触,避免了加热棒的腐蚀,同时陶瓷外壳上有一组或几组换热翅片,增加了换热接触面积,提升了换热效率,该方法制成的换热管具有换热效率高、力学强度高、耐腐蚀性能好,使用寿命长等优势。
