In a ripper tip attachment structure (6), a pin member (13) is inserted into a first pin hole (23) formed in a ripper handle (11) and a second pin hole (42) formed in a ripper tip (12). The lock member (14) engages with the pin member (13) to prevent the pin member (13) from falling off. The ripper tip (12) has an opening (40h), an inner space (S), and a guide groove (41). An opening (40h) is formed in the rear end (40i). The internal space (S) is formed from the opening (40h) toward the tip surface (40g). The guide groove (41) is formed within a predetermined range from the rear end (40i) toward the tip end surface (40g) in a portion of the inner surface (40s) that forms the internal space (S). A second pin hole (42) for the ripper tip (12) is disposed on the bottom surface (41a) of the guide groove (41). A lock member (14) is disposed in a space in which the guide groove (41) is formed.
