Method for preparing light calcined magnesia by reducing calcination temperature of magnesite
The invention discloses a method for preparing light calcined magnesia by reducing the calcination temperature of magnesite. The method comprises two parts of magnesite-containing ore preparation and full-closed electric arc furnace smelting. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting magnesite with the magnesium oxide content of 47%, crushing the magnesite by a jaw crusher until the particle size is 0.3-0.5 cm, washing off water-soluble impurities on the surface of the magnesite, then dewatering and drying the magnesite at 100 DEG C, and taking the dried magnesite as a raw material; and smelting by using an electric arc furnace, adding an adsorbent alumina, heating to a set temperature at a heating rate of 5 DEG C/min, carrying out heat preservation for 180 min, and calcining the magnesite to obtain the light calcined magnesia. According to the method, activated aluminum oxide is adopted as an adsorbent to adsorb carbon dioxide generated by magnesite calcination, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in a closed electric melting furnace is reduced, magnesite calcination is promoted, and the calcination temperature of light burning curing prepared through magnesite calcination is reduced.
本发明公开了一种降低菱镁矿煅烧温度制备轻烧氧化镁的方法,包括含菱镁矿石制备和全密闭电弧炉熔炼两个部分。首先,选取氧化镁含量47%的菱镁矿,通过颚式破碎机粉碎至粒径0.3‑0.5cm,洗去矿石表面可溶于水的杂质,然后对菱镁矿石进行100℃除水干燥,干燥后的菱镁矿石为原料。然后利用电弧炉熔炼,加入吸附剂氧化铝,保持5℃/min升温速率升至设定温度,并保温180min,对菱镁矿石进行煅烧,获得轻烧氧化镁。该发明采用活性氧化铝作为吸附剂来吸附菱镁矿煅烧产生得二氧化碳,降低密闭电熔炉内二氧化碳分压,促进菱镁矿煅烧,降低菱镁矿煅烧制备轻烧养护的煅烧温度。
