The invention discloses a cement synergist and a preparation method thereof. The cement synergist is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of a modified additive, 2-5.5 parts of a surfactant, 2-5 parts of a dispersant, 12-20 parts of modified diatomite, 4-8 parts of polyacrylamide and 8-15 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The cement synergist has the beneficial effects that the modified diatomite is added in the process of preparing the cement synergist, the treated diatomite is firstly modified by using triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine and diethanolisopropanolamine, and when the modified diatomite is mixed with cement, the dispersing performance of the cement synergist can be improved; and the acrylamide and the sodium thiosulfate are modified again and then mixed with the cement, so that the strength of the cement can be improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥增效剂及其制备方法,该水泥增效剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:改性添加剂15~20份、表面活性剂2~5.5份、分散剂2~5份、改性硅藻土12~20份、聚丙烯酰胺4~8份和羧丙基甲基纤维素8~15份。有益效果:本发明在制备水泥增效剂的过程中加入改性硅藻土,使用三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺和二乙醇单异丙醇胺首先对处理后的硅藻土进行改性,改性后的改性硅藻土再和水泥混合时能够提高其分散性能,丙烯酰胺和硫代硫酸钠再次改性后再和水泥混合时还能提高水泥的强度。
