Method for preparing honeycomb ceramic carrier from honeycomb ceramic carrier green blank and honeycomb ceramic carrier
The invention belongs to the technical field of honeycomb ceramic materials, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a honeycomb ceramic carrier by using a honeycomb ceramic carrier green blank and the obtained honeycomb ceramic carrier. The method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining a green returned blank; (2) low-temperature calcination is conducted, the calcination temperature is 400-500 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 1-8 hours, and a green returned blank body with the binder decomposed is obtained; and 3) mixing the obtained green blank material and the original green raw material according to any proportion, adding a binder, and then preparing the honeycomb ceramic carrier by taking the mixture as an initial raw material. The low-temperature calcination temperature of 400-500 DEG C is adopted, so that the binder can be decomposed, and the sheet-shaped talc, the raw kaolin and the sheet-shaped aluminum oxide which are arranged in an oriented manner have no binding force and are easy to scatter. Meanwhile, impurities cannot be introduced by adopting a low-temperature calcination method, the cost is relatively low, and all recycled blanks generated in the honeycomb ceramic production process can be recycled into ingredients.
本发明属于蜂窝陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种利用蜂窝陶瓷载体生坯回坯料制备蜂窝陶瓷载体的方法及得到的蜂窝陶瓷载体。该包括以下步骤:1)获取生坯回坯料;2)进行低温煅烧,煅烧温度为400‑500℃,保温时间为1‑8小时,得到分解掉粘结剂的生坯回坯料;3)将得到的生坯回坯料与原生坯原料按照任意比例混合,并添加粘结剂,然后将混合料作为起始原料,制备蜂窝陶瓷载体。本发明采用400‑500℃低温煅烧温度,这样可分解掉粘结剂,使定向排列好的片状滑石、生高岭土、片状氧化铝之间没有结合力,容易打散。同时,采用低温煅烧的方法不会引入杂质,成本比较低,而且能将蜂窝陶瓷生产过程产生的所有回坯料都回用到配料中。
