In order to avoid the problems of environmental pollution, low material density and the like in an existing preparation method, porous graphene is firstly prepared, then the porous graphene is used for preparing the solar heat-absorbing material, the porous graphene and foamed ceramic slurry are firmly adhered, and sintering and heat preservation are performed to prepare the solar heat-absorbing material. By integrating the steps, the hardness, porosity and other properties of the solar heat-absorbing material are improved, and environmental pollution caused by release of organic gas during sintering in a traditional method is reduced.
本发明公开了一种太阳能吸热材料及其制备方法,属于吸热材料制备技术领域,本发明制备吸热材料的原料主要有碳化硅粉末、硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂KH550、四甲基乙二胺、碳酸钙、多孔石墨烯、聚偏氟乙烯。为了避免现有制备方法中存在的环境污染和材料本身密度低等问题,本发明先制备一种多孔石墨烯,再利用多孔石墨烯用于制备太阳能吸热材料,使多孔石墨烯和泡沫陶瓷浆料之间粘附牢固,烧结保温制得太阳能吸热材料。综合以上的步骤,不仅改善了太阳能吸热材料的硬度、孔隙率等性能,也减少了传统方法烧结时带来的有机气体的释放造成的环境污染。
