The invention relates to the field of preparation of aluminum nitride ceramics, provides a method for preparing aluminum nitride ceramics through injection molding, and solves the defect that an aluminum nitride ceramic part with relatively high size and precision and relatively good performance cannot be obtained by a preparation method in the prior art. Comprising the following steps: (1) modifying aluminum nitride powder; (2) preparing raw material powder; (3) preparing a binder; (4) one-step mixing; (5) second-step mixing; (6) injecting into a mold step by step; (7) degreasing with an organic solvent; (8) thermal degreasing: taking out the green body in the step (7), and performing thermal degreasing treatment; and (9) sintering: carrying out high-temperature sintering treatment at 1600-1850 DEG C.
