The intelligent spraying maintenance system comprises a transverse spraying pipe distributed in the circumferential direction of a pier column, spraying nozzles are fixedly distributed on the transverse spraying pipe, the transverse spraying pipe is connected with a water source through a water supply pipe, a water pump is arranged on the water supply pipe, and an electric control switch is correspondingly arranged on the water pump. The working state of the water pump is controlled through the electric control switch, and the electric control switch is correspondingly provided with a relay. The problems that according to an existing curing method, pier body curing is not in place, the quality of pier body concrete is affected, and meanwhile great safety risks exist are solved. Belongs to the field of bridge pier body construction engineering.
本发明提供一种薄壁空心高墩智能喷淋养护系统及喷淋方法,包括沿墩柱周向分布的横向喷淋管,横向喷淋管上分布固定有喷淋喷头,横向喷淋管通过供水管连接水源,供水管上设置有水泵,水泵对应设置有电控开关,通过电控开关控制水泵的工作状态,电控开关对应配置有继电器。以解决现有养护方法易造成墩身养护不到位,影响墩身混凝土质量,同时,存在很大安全风险的问题。属于桥梁墩身施工工程领域。
