A construction method for paving a pavement is suitable for being applied to an asphalt concrete road, and the asphalt concrete road is provided with a base layer located on the surface. The construction method for paving the pavement comprises a preparation step of cleaning and leveling the asphalt concrete road, a heating step of heating the base layer to 70-120 DEG C by using heating equipment, a material scattering step, a pressurizing step and a testing step of performing an anti-skid test on the pavement layer. In the material spreading step, thermoplastic light-colored resin is uniformly sprayed on the base layer through spreading equipment according to the density of 0.15-0.80 kg per square meter, and then a plurality of white fine aggregates are spread according to the density of 3-8 kg per square meter to form the pavement layer. In the pressurizing step, a road roller is used for rolling the pavement layer at the pressure of 45-54 kilograms per square centimeter.
