Hinge plates which are used for sequentially connecting a plurality of rubber plates with the same structure together and paving the rubber plates on a concrete pavement through moisturizing plates during use are hinged in the hinge grooves, one moisturizing plate is arranged on the bottom surface of each rubber plate, and a first moisturizing groove is formed in each moisturizing plate; when the maintenance structure is rolled by a vehicle, moisture temporarily stored in the sinking cavity can be discharged to the moisturizing plate, the moisture on the moisturizing plate can be supplemented again, the moisture acts on the road surface again after being filled, the road surface is moisturized again, and the problem that the road surface is locally cracked due to too fast drying when the road surface is about to be completely dried is solved. And meanwhile, the maintenance structure does not need to be subjected to secondary spraying moisture preservation through spraying equipment.
