Intelligent ditching planning method based on depth-adjustable ditching device
The invention discloses an intelligent ditching planning method based on a depth-adjustable ditching device. The ditching device comprises a supporting plate, a depth adjusting mechanism, an angle adjusting mechanism, a ditching forming mechanism and a control system. The method comprises the steps that a, field surface information is obtained through remote sensing, and the number and position information of water outlets and the mud surface height H0 are obtained; b, the number and the length L of drainage ditches are planned, and the minimum depth H1 and the drainage slope alpha of the drainage ditches are set; the real-time height H of the ditching device and the distance x from the ditching device to the water outlet are obtained through the GNSS; the rotation angle theta of the ditching forming mechanism is obtained through a tilt angle sensor; c, a ditching depth slope reference y is calculated and generated, and the expansion amount L'of an angle adjusting oil cylinder is calculated; d, the real-time height H is compared with the reference y, and automatic control over the ditching depth is achieved; and the ditching and forming mechanism is kept parallel to the mud surface through stretching and retracting of the angle adjusting oil cylinder. The invention adjusts the attitude of a ditching device in real time, and belongs to the technical field of farmland ditching planning methods.
