A bottom plate and an external connecting plate are spliced, a built-in plate with a support structure is embedded in U-shaped grooves in the two sides, at the moment, the rotation angle of a first motor and whether two sets of bidirectional air cylinders are rotated or not can be judged according to the internal environment of a foundation pit, and then the protection effect of a vertical plate is improved under the action of the bottom plate; a built-in plate with a back supporting part is embedded in a built-in groove located in the middle, at the moment, a push plate and a right-angle plate need to be assembled, the right-angle plate is pushed forwards through rotation of a second motor under the action of a threaded ring, so that a contact pin on the push plate is inserted into the inner wall of a foundation pit, and a relatively stable state is formed; in this way, using and assembling of the device in the foundation pit are completed.
本发明公开了一种深基坑支护结构,包括底板,底板的前侧通过铰轴与一个竖板的底部转动连接;在左右两侧的内置板的顶壁上分别连接有一个支架结构,在位于中间的内置板上连接有背撑部;将底板与外接板进行拼接,将带有支架结构的内置板嵌装在两侧的U形凹槽中,这时可根据基坑内部环境判定第一电机的旋转角度,是否将两组双向气缸进行转动,进而在底板的作用下提升竖板的防护作用,将带有背撑部的内置板嵌装在位于中部的内置槽中,这时需要将推板与直角板进行装配,通过第二电机的转动,在螺纹环的作用下将直角板进行前推,使得推板上的插针插入基坑内壁中,形成相对稳定状态,如此则完成装置在基坑内部的使用装配。
