Permeable breakwater construction method
The invention relates to a permeable breakwater construction method which comprises the following steps: after a permanent caisson is hauled to a site, the permanent caisson is close to a positioning barge and is positioned by a GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning instrument, and the permanent caisson sinks under pressurized water and is accurately seated on a foundation bed; the stone dumper is close to the permanent caisson, and the excavator is used for conducting backfilling in the permanent caisson; a breast wall formwork is erected on the sea through a barge crane, reinforcing steel bars are hoisted through the barge crane and bound on site, concrete is stirred through a stirring ship and manually vibrated on the sea, and after concrete pouring is completed, the concrete is subjected to moisture preservation and curing; and when adverse conditions of extreme severe weather occur, temporary caissons are installed at the interval positions between the permanent caissons in advance, and the temporary breast wall is installed after the temporary caissons are installed. The permeable breakwater is adopted, the function of preventing sea waves from invading the harbor basin is achieved, and it is guaranteed that a stable water area exists in the harbor basin; the permeable breakwater is high in construction operability and safety, low in cost input and high in construction efficiency, and favorable conditions are created for shortening the construction period.
本发明是一种透水式防波堤施工方法,包括:永久沉箱拖运至现场后,傍靠定位方驳,利用GPS定位仪进行定位,永久沉箱压水下沉,精确坐在基床上;抛石船靠近永久沉箱,使用挖掘机进行永久沉箱内回填;胸墙模板采用方驳吊机海上支立,钢筋采用方驳吊机吊装、现场绑扎,混凝土采用搅拌船搅拌,海上人工振捣,混凝土浇筑完毕后,对混凝土进行保湿养护;出现极端恶劣天气不利情况时,提前将永久沉箱之间的间隔部位安装临时沉箱,临时沉箱安装完毕后将临时胸墙进行安装。本发明采用透水式防波堤,实现预防海浪对港池侵袭的功能,保证港池内具有稳定水域;透水式防波堤施工可操作性及安全性高,成本投入较低且施工效率高,为缩短施工周期创造有利条件。
