The embodiment of the invention provides a prefabricated pipe pile bearing capacity detection and evaluation method, and relates to the technical field of civil engineering and traffic engineering. The method comprises the steps that preset pile side friction resistance data and preset compression bearing capacity data of the prefabricated pipe pile are obtained; theoretical pile end resistance data are obtained according to the preset pile side friction resistance data and the preset compression bearing capacity data; total load data and actually-measured pile end resistance data of the prefabricated pipe pile in the pile sinking construction process are obtained, wherein the actually-measured pile end resistance data are collected through a gasket sensor; if the total load data is greater than or equal to the preset compressive bearing capacity data and the actually measured pile end resistance data is greater than or equal to the theoretical pile end resistance data, the sinking construction of the prefabricated pipe pile is stopped; and according to the total load data and the actually-measured pile end resistance data, the vertical compression bearing capacity of the pipe pile in the long-term use stage after pile sinking is obtained. The method can replace a pile foundation compression resistance static load test to obtain the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the tubular pile, the pile foundation bearing capacity detection cost is reduced, and the pile foundation construction period is shortened.
