The invention relates to a drag head device for a drag suction dredger. Comprising a conical box body with a flange plate at the rear part, a fixed box body with an opening at the front part is arranged at the front part of the conical box body, and a deflection box body is arranged at the front part of the fixed box body; an inner grating is mounted at the junction of the fixed box body and the conical box body; the two sides of the conical box body are each provided with a grinding and unblocking assembly, each grinding and unblocking assembly comprises a hydraulic motor, a push-pull hydraulic cylinder and a reduction gearbox, an output shaft of each reduction gearbox is a hollow shaft, a driving shaft is arranged in each hollow shaft, and the rear end of each driving shaft is connected with the end of a piston rod of the corresponding push-pull hydraulic cylinder through a coupler; a grinding head is installed at the front end of the driving shaft, the front portion of the driving shaft is located in a shaft hole formed in the side wall of the conical box body, the grinding head is located in the fixed box body, and a window allowing the grinding head to penetrate through is formed in the inner grating. When the drag head device is blocked, the self-cleaning function is started to eliminate blockages, so that the drag head device runs in an effective working state for a long time.
本发明涉及一种耙吸挖泥船用耙头装置。包括后部带有法兰盘的锥形箱体,在锥形箱体的前部安装有前部敞口的固定箱体,在固定箱体的前部设有偏转箱体;在固定箱体与锥形箱体交界的位置安装有内格栅;在锥形箱体的两侧各安装有一组磨削清堵组件,磨削清堵组件包括液压马达、推拉液压缸和减速箱,减速箱的输出轴为空心轴且在空心轴内设有驱动轴,驱动轴的后端与推拉液压缸的活塞杆端部采用联轴器连接,在驱动轴的前端安装有磨削头,驱动轴的前部位于设置在锥形箱体侧壁上的轴孔内,磨削头位于固定箱体内且在内格栅上设有供磨削头穿行的窗口。本发明的耙头装置发生堵塞问题时,通过启动自清理功能以消除堵塞物,令耙头装置长期运行在有效的工作状态。
