The water monitoring subsystem can send the determined slope demand quantity to the water replenishing control subsystem, the water replenishing control subsystem can control the water storage subsystem to convey water to the rock slope through the slope pipeline network, water in the rock slope is replenished, intelligent water supply to the rock slope and slope vegetation is achieved, and the water replenishing control subsystem can control the water storage subsystem to supply water to the rock slope and the slope vegetation. The water supply efficiency of the rock slope is improved, the water-retaining property of the rock slope is enhanced, normal growth of slope vegetation is guaranteed, and ecological restoration of the rock slope is effectively carried out.
