The invention relates to a coastal power plant cooling water discharge structure which comprises a foundation pile and a concrete water retaining structure, and the lower end of the foundation pile is embedded into a seabed to be fixed; the concrete water retaining structure extends in the discharging direction perpendicular to the cooling water and is fixedly connected to the upper end of the foundation pile, and the bottom of the concrete water retaining structure and the seabed are arranged in a spaced mode to form a water outlet used for discharging the cooling water.
