A retractable telescopic lifting type steel structure house comprises a first steel structure and a telescopic second steel structure, the front face of the telescopic second steel structure is in a full-hollow shape without a wall face, and a floor layer, a right wall face and a compartment wall face of the telescopic second steel structure are arranged on the front face of the telescopic second steel structure. The telescopic second steel structure is embedded into the interlayer type wall faces at the corresponding positions of the first steel structure, so that the telescopic second steel structure can move in a telescopic mode relative to the first steel structure. A user can select to unfold the telescopic second steel structure so as to increase the usable area; or the folding device can be folded, so that the occupied area is reduced.
