According to the technical scheme, assembly type construction is achieved through the pin shaft connecting pieces, the SMA bolts are arranged on the pin shaft connecting pieces, the energy dissipation capacity and the self-resetting capacity are provided for the frame structure, and the function of the reinforced concrete frame can be self-recovered after an earthquake; the prestressed tendons are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the reinforced concrete wall plate and anchored on the reinforced concrete column, the prestressed tendons provide out-of-plane constraint for the wall plate through lug plates pre-buried in the reinforced concrete wall plate, the function self-recovery after a wall earthquake is improved by adopting a prestressed structural form, and structural deformation and structural damage are reduced. In addition, the upper side and the lower side of the reinforced concrete wallboard are T-shaped ends, and grooves are formed in the bottom of the upper reinforced concrete beam and the top of the lower reinforced concrete beam. The T-shaped ends of the reinforced concrete wallboards can be clamped in the grooves, then the gaps are sealed through structural adhesives, and therefore the upper reinforced concrete beam and the lower reinforced concrete beam are connected.
