The invention relates to roller coating equipment and method. The roller coating equipment comprises a chassis, a lifting device, a roller coating device and a control device. The roller painting device comprises a spraying support and a rolling brush assembly arranged on the spraying support, the rolling brush assembly comprises at least two rolling brushes arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the rolling brush assembly, and the at least two rolling brushes can conduct roller painting on paint sprayed on the wall face by the spraying gun. The control device is connected with the lifting device and the roller coating device and used for controlling the lifting device to drive the roller coating device to coat at least two rows of coating layers with intervals on the wall in a roller mode, controlling the roller coating device to move in the axial direction of the rolling brush and conducting roller coating on the non-roller-coated area between the at least two rows of coating layers under driving of the lifting device. Therefore, compared with a single rolling brush with the same length, the roller coating efficiency is improved. Compared with a rolling brush with the length of at least two times, the length of a single rolling brush is short, bending deformation is not prone to occurring in the using process, it is guaranteed that the outer circumferential face of the pipe brush can be tightly attached to the wall face, coating of the wall face is evenly coated in a roller mode, the probability of coating missing of the rolling brush is reduced, and the maintenance cost can also be reduced.
本发明涉及一种辊涂设备及方法,辊涂设备包括底盘、升降装置、辊涂装置及控制装置。辊涂装置包括喷涂支架及设于喷涂支架的滚刷组件,滚刷组件包括至少两个沿自身轴向间隔设置的滚刷,至少两个滚刷能辊涂喷枪喷洒在墙面的涂料。控制装置分别与升降装置及辊涂装置连接,用于控制升降装置带动辊涂装置在墙面辊涂出至少两列具有间隔的涂料层,控制辊涂装置沿滚刷的轴向移动并在升降装置的带动下辊涂至少两列涂料层之间未辊涂的区域。如此,相比同长度单滚刷,提高辊涂效率。相比至少两倍长度滚刷,单个滚刷的长度较短,使用时不易弯曲变形,保证管刷的外圆周面能紧密地贴合墙面,并均匀辊涂墙面的涂料,降低滚刷出现漏涂的概率,且还能降低维护成本。
