The movable safety guardrail comprises a guardrail body and a sliding buckle assembly arranged on an upper flange plate of a steel structure in a sleeving mode, a sliding groove formed in the width direction of the steel structure is formed in the top of the sliding buckle assembly, and a plurality of threaded holes penetrating downwards to the top of the upper flange plate are formed in the bottom of the sliding groove; the multiple threaded holes are formed in the length direction of the sliding groove at intervals, the guardrails are perpendicularly arranged above the sliding buckle assemblies, the bottoms of the guardrails are in sliding fit with the sliding groove, the bottom ends of the guardrails comprise threaded heads in threaded fit with the threaded holes, and at least two guardrails arranged in the width direction of the steel structure are arranged in each sliding buckle assembly. The sliding buckle assemblies can move in the length direction of the upper flange plate, the positions, close to the top, of the guardrails comprise telescopic steel wire rope assemblies and clamping assemblies, and the clamping assemblies are connected with the steel wire rope assemblies of the adjacent guardrails in a matched mode.
