The invention discloses a lining and tunneling synchronous construction railway tunnel shield construction method, which belongs to the technical field of railway tunnel shield construction, and comprises the following steps: laying an electric vehicle sleeper and an electric vehicle track; laying a trolley sleeper and a trolley track; pushing a trolley and a lining pouring platform; lining steel bars are configured and tied; bench formwork positioning and end formwork mounting; mounting a bottom steel plug; pouring lining concrete; lining concrete curing and bench formwork cleaning; trolley rails and trolley sleepers are dismantled and transferred; and the next pouring section is poured. The invention further discloses a trolley sleeper which comprises the first arc-shaped profile steel, the second arc-shaped profile steel, the vertical supporting profile steel and the transverse rail surface profile steel. Synchronous construction of lining and shield tunneling can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is remarkably improved; the trolley sleeper is convenient to assemble and disassemble quickly, can be recycled, and is suitable for synchronous construction operation of shield tunnel linings and shield tunneling of most railways.
