The invention discloses a hard rock highway tunnel wet shotcreting concrete permanent supporting structure which is composed of system anchor rods, a high-toughness rapid supporting layer, a crossed close-fitting drainage layer, a body toughening waterproof layer and a surface modification layer, and the system anchor rods are arranged in the radial direction of the whole section; the high-toughness rapid supporting layer is tightly attached to the surrounding rock, and the crossed closely-attached drainage layer is connected with the high-toughness rapid supporting layer to form a multi-channel full-section longitudinal and transverse drainage system; the body toughening waterproof layer covers the crossed closely-attached drainage layer, is a structural main body and has multiple effects of bearing, toughening and waterproofing; the surface modification layer is arranged on the surface of the body toughening waterproof layer, seals crude fibers, improves flatness and plays a role in surface sealing and modification. According to the wet shotcrete permanent supporting structure, a reinforcing mesh, a waterproof plate and a secondary lining are omitted, the wet shotcrete permanent supporting structure adapts to special-shaped sections, the high-toughness rapid supporting layer is thin in thickness and good in toughness, and construction is rapid, efficient and safe.
