The invention discloses a method for judging abnormity of a gate hydraulic system. The method comprises the following steps: recording gate reaction data when a gate is opened and closed; then, the opening rate and the closing rate of the gate are calculated through the collected reaction data; the obtained gate opening rate and closing rate are analyzed and compared with a gate opening and closing rate average value, and then difference data are obtained; comparing and classifying the difference data, and preliminarily judging fault information; and arranging detailed manual inspection according to the fault information. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the opening and closing time of the fixed opening interval of the gate is collected, the opening and closing speed of the gate is calculated, the gate fault or deterioration trend is found in advance, measures are taken as soon as possible for treatment, and therefore the treatment cost after fault deterioration is reduced, and the reliability of a gate hydraulic system is improved.
本发明公开了一种闸门液压系统异常的判断方法,通过记录闸门开启和关闭时的闸门反应数据;之后利用采集到的反应数据来计算闸门开启速率和关闭速率;将得到的闸门开启速率和关闭速率分别与闸门启闭速率平均值进行分析对比,进而得到差别数据;对差别数据进行对比归类,初步判断出故障信息;根据故障信息安排人工详细检查。与现有技术相比,本发明通过对闸门固定开度区间的启闭时间收集,计算闸门的启闭速率,提前发现闸门故障或劣化趋势,及早采取措施进行处理,从而降低故障恶化后的处置成本,增加闸门液压系统的可靠性。
