The water conservancy and hydropower equipment anti-freezing device comprises a box body, a heating cavity, a heating air supply device and a plurality of air distribution pipes, a counter bore is formed in the top of the box body, an exhaust pipe is arranged in the counter bore, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the circumferential inner wall of the exhaust pipe, an exhaust column is arranged in the exhaust pipe, and sliding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the exhaust column; a spring is fixed to the top of the sliding block, an end cover is arranged in the sliding groove, and the exhaust column is provided with an L-shaped gas port with the two ends penetrating through the side face and the bottom face of the exhaust column correspondingly and used for exhausting gas in the box body. According to the device, after the air pressure in the box body is increased, air pushes the exhaust column to move upwards along the exhaust pipe, the sliding block extrudes the spring, when the top end of an air opening in the exhaust pipe is exposed out of the exhaust pipe, the air is exhausted through the air opening, and after the air pressure in the box body is reduced, under the elastic force action of the spring, the exhaust column is pushed to move downwards, and the air opening is closed; hot air loss is prevented.
