The invention discloses a steel pipe angle collision lofting construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a first steel pipe and a second steel pipe are placed in a foundation pit at a specific angle; 2, sleeving a plurality of clamping needles on the clamping belt; the second steel pipe is coated with the clamping belt; the clamping needles are moved one by one, one ends of all the clamping needles abut against the first steel pipe, and the two ends of the clamping needles are marked; 3, removing the clamping belt and the clamping needle, and connecting the outline of the mark; 4, cutting is conducted along the contour connecting line; and 5, the second steel pipe translates towards the first steel pipe, the second steel pipe is pressed against the outer end face of the first hole of the first steel pipe, and the second steel pipe and the first steel pipe are fixed and sealed at the joint through welding. Lofting and marking can be conducted on the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe through cooperation of the clamping belt and the clamping needle, contour lines are drawn through the marking pen and marks, and therefore cutting work of a connecting hole in the first steel pipe and cutting work of a curved-surface pipe opening in the second steel pipe are facilitated; the connecting complexity between the angle pipes can be effectively reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
