The invention provides a method for manufacturing an aerogel plate, which is simple, convenient and environment-friendly, breaks through the laboratory scale that the traditional aerogel plate manufactured by a freezing pouring technology is generally smaller than 5cm, and can be used for manufacturing the aerogel plate which is large in size, uniform and consistent in aperture and parallel in pore channels. The aerogel plate manufactured according to the method has ultralow heat conductivity and high light reflectivity in the thickness direction, and can be suitable for heat insulation and/or heat preservation application of actual building outer walls, roofs and the like.
