The invention provides a method for preparing high-purity flaky magnesium hydroxide by hydrating microcrystalline magnesite, which comprises the following steps: calcining microcrystalline magnesite, and grinding and sieving the calcined microcrystalline magnesite to obtain light calcined magnesia; the method comprises the following steps: adding light calcined magnesia into a hydrating agent solution with a certain concentration, heating in a constant-temperature water bath at 75-95 DEG C for 2-6 hours, and continuously stirring during heating; then centrifuging, washing and drying to prepare dry magnesium hydroxide; and grinding and sieving to screen out coarse particles in the dried magnesium hydroxide, thereby finally preparing the high-purity flaky magnesium hydroxide. The magnesium hydroxide crystal form prepared by the method is in a hexagonal sheet shape or a Kazaku sheet shape, the preparation process is simple, the reaction time is short, the hydration rate is high, the reaction condition is mild, the control is easy, and the energy consumption is low.
本发明提供一种微晶菱镁矿水化制备高纯片状氢氧化镁的方法,包括如下步骤:将微晶菱镁矿进行煅烧,煅烧后的微晶菱镁矿经研磨过筛,即为轻烧氧化镁;将轻烧氧化镁加入到一定浓度的水化剂溶液中,在75‑95℃恒温水浴加热2‑6h,期间不断搅拌;随后离心,洗涤,烘干,从而制备出干燥氢氧化镁;之后经研磨过筛,筛掉干燥氢氧化镁中的粗颗粒,最终制得高纯片状氢氧化镁。利用本发明制备的氢氧化镁晶型为六角片状或卡房片状,制备工艺简单,反应时间短,水化率高,反应条件温和,易于控制,能耗低。
