The invention relates to a process for tempering and alkali reduction of liquid steel slag and efficient utilization of solid tailings, which comprises the following steps of: (1) arranging a liquid iron slag canning station in a slag tapping process of an iron-making blast furnace, and arranging a liquid iron slag can separation station, a liquid steel and iron slag mixing station and a liquid steel and iron slag mixing station in a steel-making process; (2) receiving the liquid iron slag and transferring the liquid iron slag to a liquid iron slag tank separation station; (3) loading the received liquid iron slag into a plurality of storage tanks; (4) slowly pouring the liquid-state steel slag into the storage tank in which the liquid-state iron slag is stored to form steel and iron mixed liquid-state slag; (5) uniformly mixing the steel mixed liquid slag; (6) carrying out steel slag treatment to obtain tailings; and (7) carrying out fine crushing, magnetic separation iron removal and size grading on tailings. According to the method, the steel mixed liquid slag is prepared by carrying out liquid-liquid reaction on the alkalescent blast furnace liquid iron slag with relatively high content of silicon and aluminum and the high-alkalinity liquid steel slag, and the comprehensive utilization rate of the steel slag is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种液态钢渣调质降碱及固态尾渣高效利用的工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)在炼铁高炉出渣工序设置液态铁渣装罐站,在炼钢工序设置液态铁渣分罐站、液态钢铁渣混装站及液态钢铁渣混合站;(2)接取液态铁渣并转运至液态铁渣分罐站;(3)将接取液态铁渣分装入多个储存罐内;(4)将液态钢渣缓慢倒入储存有液态铁渣的储存罐形成钢铁混合液态渣;(5)将钢铁混合液态渣混合均匀;(6)进行钢渣处理,得到尾渣;(7)尾渣进行细破碎、磁选除铁与粒度分级。本发明通过硅铝含量较高的弱碱性高炉液态铁渣与高碱度液态钢渣进行液‑液反应而制得钢铁混合液态渣进行调质降碱,极大地提高钢渣的综合利用率。
