The invention aims to provide a baking-free brick taking iron tailings as a raw material and a preparation method of the baking-free brick in order to solve the problems of baking-free bricks in the prior art. The baking-free brick provided by the technical scheme of the invention is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight on a dry basis: 40-81% of aggregate; 9-50% of a cementing material; 2-15% of water; 0.05 to 0.2 percent of a water reducing agent; the cementing material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 20-60% of steel slag, 0-60% of granulated blast furnace slag, 10-30% of gypsum and 0-30% of desulfurized fly ash. The iron tailings with the fineness modulus smaller than 0.7, the steel slag, the desulfurized gypsum, the desulfurized fly ash and other industrial solid wastes are adopted, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the strength of the product is guaranteed, the product can be suitable for baking-free bricks of various strength grades, and the problems that the cost is high and the carbon dioxide emission is high when the baking-free bricks are produced through cement bonding of traditional tailings are solved.
本发明的目的是针对于现有技术中免烧砖存在的问题,提供了一种以铁尾矿为原料的免烧砖及其制备方法。本发明技术方案提供的免烧砖,由以下干基重量百分比的原料组分制备得到:骨料40~81%;胶凝材料9~50%;水2~15%;减水剂0.05~0.2%;所述胶凝材料包括以下重量百分比的原料:钢渣20~60%,粒化高炉矿渣0~60%,石膏10~30%,脱硫灰0~30%。本发明采用细度模数<0.7的铁尾矿,以及钢渣、脱硫石膏及脱硫灰等工业固废,在降低成本的同时保证了产品的强度,使其可适用于各种强度等级免烧砖,并且避免了传统尾矿用水泥胶结生产免烧砖成本高和二氧化碳排放高的问题。
