The side edge clamping device comprises two small calipers arranged on the outer sides of the two steel rail clamping plates and auxiliary clamping plates arranged on the outer sides of the small calipers, the small calipers on the two sides and the auxiliary clamping plates on the two sides are fixedly connected through second long screws, and the small calipers are connected with the steel rail bottom and the steel rail clamping plates in a clamped mode respectively.
