The arc-shaped plates are welded with the reinforcing limbs along the bridge direction to form closed ribs; the stress component is further provided with transverse bridge direction reinforcing limbs, and the transverse bridge direction reinforcing limbs are welded to the top plate and the closed ribs. According to the structure, the top plate and the reinforcing limbs in the bridge direction are integrally formed, the stress performance is good, and the problem that fatigue damage is prone to occurring at the connecting position is solved.
